BOOKING CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service time will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time will be subject to a INR 50/- cancellation fee.

Cancellations made after the service provider has arrived at the location will be subject to a INR 50/- cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service time will be accommodated at no charge.Rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a fee.

Exceptions

In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Clicker Smart home service reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings without penalty.
